Our Diploma of Accounting provides you with the comprehensive training you’ll need to fast-track your way to a job working as an accountant, bookkeeper, business banking officer or finance administration officer in just a year from now.
By the time the year is up, you’ll have forged great relationships with fellow students and have the skills to process accounting information, prepare and analyse statements, and forecast future cash flows using budgeting. You’ll also be well-schooled in the role of management in Australian business and develop essential communication skills that will see you working in no time at all.

At Macleay, you’ll
learn all aspects of bookkeeping and business accounting as well as fundamental
concepts of business finance, accounting and law. We’ll teach you MYOB (the
industry standard software for business), the methods of recording financial
transactions and how to use financial data to measure and improve business.

One Year Full-Time equates to 3 days per week at Macleay College, 12 to 16 hours face to face with your teachers. 4 units per trimester.
Two Years Part-Time equates to 1-2 days per week at Macleay College, 6 to 12 hours face to face with your teachers. 2-3 units per trimester.
