Our Diploma of Business Marketing specialising in Real Estate exposes you to the day-to-day work environment of an agency. We’ll teach you the techniques needed to obtain listings and close sales, the skills to appraise and market property as well as write up contracts. And that’s just the beginning.
Over 12 months, you’ll receive all the qualifications you need to practise real estate in Australia: you’ll have gained your Real Estate Agent’s License, Buyer’s Agent’s License, Auctioneer’s Accreditation and Certificate of Registration for Sales and Property Management. It’s everything you need to land the perfect job and they’re recognised by the Real Estate Institute of Australia.

Two Years Part-Time equates to 1-2 days per week at Macleay College, 6 to 12 hours face to face with your teachers. 2-3 units per trimester.
