FEE-HELP and Fees

Macleay College is an approved higher education provider for FEE-HELP. FEE-HELP is a government loan scheme assisting eligible fee-paying students to pay their tuition fees covering all or part of a student's tuition fees.

The Australian government provides assistance to higher education students through the Higher Education Loan Program (HELP). To be eligible for FEE-HELP, you must meet citizenship and residency requirements.

A 25% loan fee applies for FEE-HELP loans for undergraduate courses of study. The loan fee does not count towards your FEE-HELP limit.

Please go to the Australian Government Study Assist website that provides a one-stop-shop for all your questions about assistance available to help finance your tertiary studies.

Youth Allowance, Austudy & Student Concessions

All of Macleay's higher education programs are approved for Centrelink Student related payments including Youth Allowance and Austudy.  Generally students are required to enrol in and undertake a course on a full-time basis and fulfil the normal conditions that apply to those payments.  Students who wish to study part-time should contact Centrelink to determine whether they would qualify. Macleay students studying full-time are eligible for all normal concessions available to full-time students in New South Wales including a travel concession pass.
