As a former professional Rugby League player for the Cronulla Sharks, Ben Lucas has always been fit. But after he hung up his boots in his early 20s he turned being fit into a long-term career by opening up gyms. He opened his first gym in 2005, which performed over 750 personal training sessions per week. In 2015, he co-founded and opened his fourth gym - Flow Athletic, which, for the first time, mixes yoga, TRX and spin classes together. His goal is to open more facilities across the eastern states.
Harriet Farkash is an entrepreneur and lecturer at Macleay College. Her first business - selling flowers she'd picked from other people's garden's to people hopping off the 6pm ferry wharf - was not sustainable for legal reasons, so she forged a career in media. After climbing the ranks at Dolly and Cosmo, she left to freelance and started two websites, Gap Year Guide and Flamingo Pink. However, her life has taken a major turn since meeting her beer-loving fiancé, and together they are currently in the start-up phase of a new craft brewery.
