Psychological fitness is a major key in living and growing ourselves in our personal and professional lives to our fullest potential.  Many people are turning to strategies such as Mindfulness and Meditation to strengthen emotional resilience, reduce stress, improve focus and enhance mental and physical performance.
It is a well known fact that many footballers attribute their happiness, wellbeing and performance to their mental agility. As part of the Macleay College’s core unit, Positive Psychology, we are pleased to bring rising  AFL star, Tom Campbell to the campus to speak on this growing and popular area of wellbeing.  Tom will speak specifically on the key area of Resilience, and how it has enhanced his wellbeing and capacity to perform at his optimum.
