Martin has a proven track record of leadership and change management in both human resources and finance. He has held senior positions at Westfield, Vodafone, Air New Zealand, Burger King and Allied Domecq.
He now works as a leadership consultant and executive coach, and is also an adjunct university lecturer in accounting business strategy, coaching psychology and human resources.
He mentors and supervises coaches completing their bachelors in counselling and coaching at the Australian College of Applied Psychology for their International Coach Federation credential.
Recent clients have included Woolworths, Qantas, Westfield, Yahoo!7 and Sydney Opera House.
